This week's dinner

Dinner on March 24 - 27.
I was tired this week. So here's digest.
 
Monday -  Chicken with onion sauce

Tuesday - Pork chope with mashroom sauce

Wednesday - Jumbo Meatball Po-tau-fu

Thursday - Chicken and Veggies stir-fry
 
Friday - ... I was dead. I went straight to bed when I got home.

Diner Lunch?

Lunch on March 23.
I got fried chicken from Giant Eagle. I made coleslaw and potatoes on the side. Done.
 

Eeggplant Parmesan

Dinner on March 20.
I had leftover tomato sauce from last week. I used it for Eggplant Parmesan. It's a bit greasy.


I ate a slice of breaded eggplant. It was good too.

Red Wine Beef Stew

Dinner on March 19.
It's too nice for weekday dinner? Yes, because I had a day off on the next day, Thursday.

Oops, egg was cooked too much. Why Thai? Coz I used fish sauce. It would be perfect if I had coriander.

Steak .... ???

Dinner on March 16.
Still we have grass fed beef. I'd like to eat before it gets freezer burn. So steak for dinner... it was  very tough. Hmmm. I can use pressure pot to cook this part of meat next time.

Tomato Sauce Chicken

Lunch on March 15.
I had made Tomato Sauce Chicken for Friday night dinner, but I ate out. So it turned to today's lunch. It has rice in the bottom. I ran out cheese, so I spread mayo. Forget about calorie! It was good (of course).
 

Industry Public House

Dinner at Industry on March 14.
I was very hungry for Bar food. So I went to Industry. I wanted french fries, but I realized they have fancy one. I wanted cheap fries. lol. You know what I mean? So I ordered Nacho chips and fish sandwich, which seemed like today's special. It was ok, but I was dissapointed at the fish. It said JUMBO fish. Really?? I have ordered fish & chips before and it was huge. So compareing with that, it was tiny! Yinzer, don't thrill at fish sandwich at Industry.
