Potato Salad Sandwich

Tuesday, June 28.
Lose 3.8 lbs to the goal! - Oh, Ok, It's back. But I am not sure if it's good time to go on a diet these days. I am too busy to do exercise and too hot to take a walk with my dogs. Just try not to eat and drink too much.

Breakfast: Dashimaki, Broccoli, Kelp, Celery, Miso Soup, Brown Rice

Lunch: Tarako and Shrimp Pasta

Dinner for J: Salmon & Broccoli Macaroni Gratin 

Dinner for me: Potato Salad Sandwich - Yes, carb on carb, and I love it.

Lose 5 lbs to the goal! - hmmmmmmmmmmm. Not good at all. I drank too much yesterday.

Lose 4.6 lbs to the goal! - I know. I ate and drank too much. But it's for father's day. I don't regret and it's still under 5 lbs!

Dinner: Steak Salad - We were going to have the steak salad for father's day dinner last night. But we were too tired and not hungry. So it turned to the nice Monday dinner.

Dinner for the Game: Also I had grilled chicken ... and chips! Of course, it's a game day!

Breakfast: Ramen in Container. ha! Yes, It's Saturday morning. I can eat whatever I want.

Lunch at Primanti Bros: Sweet Sausage and Cheese - I don't eat Primanti Bros sandwiches often. So whenever I have, I enjoy it a lot!

Dinner: Fritter of Chicken, Green Pepper, Renkon and Eggplant, Potato Salad - Deep-fried food is awesome!

Lose 4.2 lbs to the goal! - I didn't exercise much yesterday and ate rice more than I should have. Because the pork was really good with rice!

Dinner at Umami - I had heard good about the new restaurant in Lawrenceville, Umami. To be honest, I was very disappointed. The idea about the meal is good, and the food tasted good. However some of the food I ordered was overcooked. Maybe I would like to try again. Hopefully they cook right next time.

Pork Neck and Renkon with Oyster Sauce

Lose 4 lbs to the goal! - Yes! Penguins won and I lost 1 pound. I went to Yoga before the game!

Dinner: Pork Neck and Renkon with Oyster Sauce, Seaweed Salad, Rice - It must have been perfect if I had green onions on the pork. It tasted good though.
