Dinner at Buffalo Blues on December 23.

Ribs! Yes. I heard Buffalo Blues is know as good wings. The ribs were good too. The homemade chips on the side was good. This and fresh. I am looking forward to trying wings next time.

I loved this meal. Very Japanese. Saba Mirinyaki (Dried fish with teriyaki flavor, Renkon(lotus roots), Green Pepper & Carrots, Miso-soup and Rice.

Tara Nabe

After big meals, everybody needs something easy. So I made Tara(Cod) Nabe, Japanese Hot Clay Pot. Served with Ponze Sauce.


Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving meal on November 27. (of course)

My family doesn't care about Turkey much. So we decided to have beef this year. It turned very good. and almost no leftovers.

My favorite Mexican Diner. But I learned that I am not a big fun of Enchiladas. Burritos and Rice are good as always.
