Lose 4.6 lbs to the goal! - I know ... I ate 2 donuts yesterday... and I ate 2 donuts today. I was going to Yoga this evening but I missed the class because of traffic. arrgggg. Instead, I went for a long walk with my dogs.
Lose 4 lbs to the goal! - Ok, I ate and drank more than I should have on Saturday and Sunday. Then we have pens game tonight ... I will try not drink too much.
Lose 3.4 lbs to the goal! - I didn't post about the wight yesterday, but it was 1.4 lbs to the goal. Even though I had Tonkatsu for dinner the day before, it's still going good. I had dinner early and went for a walk and Yoga. Anyway I gained 2 lbs. I know it's because I ate Pad Thai before going to bed.
Lose 2.4 lbs to the goal! - ok I am kinda getting scared. Am I all right? I went for a long walk before dinner. I guess it worked really good.
Dinner: Tonkatsu (Breaded Deep-Fried Pork Tenderloin), Cabbage, Green Beans, Miso-Soup, Rice - I totally forgot that how much I liked Tonkatsu. I should make it more often!
Lose 3.2 lbs to the goal! - Game night! I will see what's coming tomorrow morning.
Dinner: French Dip - This is the first time for me to have french dip at home. I googled imaged to see what to have on the side. Most of the image had just french fries. As you know I am on diet, so I added carrots and green beans. Delicious. <3
Lose 3.6 lbs to the goal! - Wow, I did great job after the weekend. I had just peanuts butter sandwich and an apple for lunch to prepare for Tacos night!
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin, Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli - I had gluten free beer and it doesn't taste good at all. So I used it for cooking. Let the beer boil in the pressure pot and add pork, sliced onion and garlic. Put the lid on and cook for 7 mins.
Lose 3.4 lbs to the goal! - Wow, yes! I was starving all day yesterday. It worked! But I will put some weight back this weekend. Party tonight, Pens game tomorrow and Mother's day on Sunday.
Bento: Avocado Donguri -
Recipe(?) to remember: Mix avocado and soy sauce with wasabi. Put the avocado and fried egg on the rice. Put some mayo and nori on the top.
Lose 4.4 lbs to the goal! - I don't know what happened. Maybe because I had a small dinner last night? I was going to have Mexican for lunch for Cinco de Mayo, but I decided to have just a bagel.
Dinner: Lamb Curry (Japanese Curry) - I starved all day. I had 1 and 1/2 bowl of curry. It's ok. I went to Yoga after dinner.
Lose 7.4 lbs to the goal! - arrggg. I did Yoga and yard work yesterday! I worked hard! All I can say is Springroll and Karaage tasted good with beer....
Breakfast: Ojiya (Miso Soup Risotto)
Lunch: Yakisoba - I didn't have pork, so I had fried egg on top. Looks good and tastes good.
