The last dinner in Japan

Best food in the world, that's my mom's cooking. I love her cooking. I will miss it (of course, her too!) rest of my life. Thank you for takin care and feeding me during this trip. I am always your baby girl :)

Lunch at my unclke's restaurant. Who said everything is expensive in Japan? The lunch plate was about only $8. I wish his restaurant were next to my house in the U.S.

 

Lunch Plate : Breaded deep fried Hamburger, chicken and shrimp. Miso soup and dessert are included. so stuffed!

Sushi Kappou Mori

I went to a sushi restaurant my friend recommended. OMG. It was .... unbelievable. It's Edomae style which you don't need soy sauce. The fish already is marinated or cured. My friend says she comes here once in a month. I am so jealous. I started thinking to move back to Japan.

 

Hamo Sashimi

Saba (spanish mackerel) - awesome. I think people who don't like Aji might be able to eat this Aji. So fresh!

White fish ... tai? hirame? I just remember it was so good.

Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) - it's first time for me to eat kinmedai sushi. I loved it. It's chewy, fat and flavorful. I ordered it again.

 Tamago (egg omlet) - It's said that a good sushi restaurant has good tamago. I don't order tamago much but I enjoyed tamago here.

Girl's Night 2013

Girl's Night! at KOALA(lol, it's not Panda!!) Shokudo.

I can say I came back to Japan for this. I missed you, girls! It was such a great night. We ate, drank, laugh and cried. lol

We are all very different and I love you all. I've already missed you.

Gamuran I love

Dinner at Gamuran on August 2.

I went to one of my favorite restaurant, Gamuran. It is Kyusyu style cuisine and has fresh sea food and Horse meat sashimi. Also there are many kinds of Shochu. I enjoyed a lot!
