Saba no Miso-ni

I got hungry for Japanese food. So I made Saba no Miso-ni (Mackerel with Miso-sauce).

 

Ossobuco

Dinner on April 28.

I was going to eat out, but I decided to eat at home. Because I wanted to watch the Pens game.

 

Ossobuco - I usually use red wine, but I ran out cheap one. So I used beer and it worked.

It's another beautiful Sunday. I got tomatoes from farmer's market ... it was not as good as I expected. But I enjoyed Sunday dinner under the sunshine.

 

Slow cooker Chicken Wing

I made chicken wings because it's Play Off! I used slow cooker and it made chicken too tender. It tasted good though.

 

Teriyaki Sword Fish

I made Teriyaki Sword Fish for someone stayed at home.

 

Hofbrauhaus

Dinner at Hofbrauhaus on April 22.

I had been hungry for sausages since I watched Food Paradise. I think it was almost one months ago. Anyway finally I made my stomach happy.

 

I had wheat beer, Hefe Weizen. I knew it but I prefer regular beer. So I had Premium Lager later. :)

Sauerkraut Balls - it was good for beer, but $8.99.... Isn't it overcharged? It is just cabbage and ham.

Hofbrauhaus Wurstlplatte - Yay. From left to right, grilled frankfurter, bratwurst, bierwurst. I liked bierwurst the best.

Seafood BBQ

Dinner on April 20.

I had dinner with in-laws. It's not because of Easter. I don't have the holiday. I just had 3 days off and I thought it would nice to have family dinner on Sunday. So I got some seafood and grilled them. I didn't take a picture of the table (because I was busy to eat) but I also cooked corns and zucchini. I had a great time under the beautiful sunshine.
