Coconut milk curry

I tried to make Thai curry. I found a very easy recipe .... it didn't work well. So I added chicken bouillon. But I am happy that I tried at least. I wanna try it again with my own recipe!

Cod with Mayo-Ponzu Sauce

Dinner on July 28.
It's still summer,  isn't it? hmmm. Thanks to the weather(?), I could enjoy miso-soup. It was a new recipe, Mayo-Ponzu Sauce for Cod. I added mushrooms. I liked it.

Spoon

Dinner at Spoon on July 27.
One of my favorite restaurants.We had wine, Fuse. It was blended Cabernet. Good balance.

Gorgonzola bleu cheese souffle - The souffle was good and also the salad with peach tasted delicious.

Black summer truffle tagliatelle - Truffle! It smelt so good. It made me hungry for Truffle risotto at Nine on Nine.

Seared duck breat - I loved the breast but I was not a big fan for the sausage. Potato gratin was good. Orange grazed carrots tasted good, but it was crispy. I would prefer it well done.

Pork Hamburger

Dinner on July 26.
This was one of my best cooking night this year. I loved them all. I made garlic chive sauce and put it on pork hamburger. Kimpira gobo (burdock roots) and Konnyaku (stir-fry konjac jel).
