Pork Chowder

Wednesday, July 6.

Breakfast: Hot Dog and Mac'n Cheese - Yes, I added corn. We have tons of corn. Summer is here.

Lunch: Pork Chower - I don't know why I made chowder on such a hot day. Well, I had pork neck to make good broth and corn to be used. Tada-. collagen broth! Yumyum.
