Boiled Chicken

Dinner: Boiled Chicken Thigh and Bok Choy with Japanese Mustard, Daikon Oroshi (shredded daikon radish) with Jako (dried tiny fish), Miso Soup 
- Of course, I saved the boiled water after cooking the chicken. It is really good chicken broth.
