Dinner
Oven Baked Omelette: I usually use mozzarella cheese for the omelette, but I tried cheddar cheese this time. I bought a big bag of cheddar cheese at Costco on the other day for making broccoli cheddar soup and there's still tons of it I should use. Anyway it tasted good.
