I had a off today. I took a long walk with my dogs in the morning, had lunch and went for a short bike ride.
Breakfast
Tuna Salad, Scrambled Egg, Homegrown Tomato, Umeboshi, Rice, Miso Soup
Lunch
Yakisoba
Dinner
Kushi Katsu: Pork, Shrimp, Zucchini, Onion, Mushroom, Green Beans
- I like breaded deep fried food (who doesn't!), but it's hard to make it good at home. And a whole house would smell like oil after cooking. Def, I would have to go to Kushi Katsu restaurant when I visit Japan next time.
