Usually, we use thin sliced pork for this recipe but of course I have no ideas where I can get. So I cut chicken as thin as I could. For side, cooked nappa cabbage & mushreoom, onion & seaweed miso-soup and rice.

 

Red wine beef stew

Dinner on April 7.

One of easy and tasty recipes. Throw beef, onion or celery, CHEAP red wine and beef bouillon in Pressure pot. Cook 15 mins under pressure. Done.

 

Grit and Grace

Dinner on April 6.

I went to Grit and Grace which is a sister restaurant of Spoon and BRGR. They have some $5 dimsum menu. I like the idea. The server walked around and we can grab some from the tray. They usually have 5 kinds and the dimsum menu is changed occasionally. After some dimsum plates, we had salad, grilled chicken and ramen. I liked the atomosphere. Def, Ill be back.

Chicken Thigh and Fried rice - The chicken is very crispy!

Duck Ramen - Don't expect original ramen. The broth tasted like Japanese soba noodle one. It was ok.

Home made Pizza!

Dinner on April 5.

Pizza party at in-laws. I made Kale Salad. I brought some ingredients but I totally forgot about dried fig. I found rasins in the cabinet and it worked on the salad. And the main dish, Home made pizza! It was awesome. The dough is perfect salted and crispy. It's always nice to have family dinner.

Pig's trotters

My collagen menu #3, Pig's trotters! It's cooked with soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and suger in the pressure pot. I have garlic chive fried rice and mushroom soup for side.

 

Gyoza Hamburger

Dinner on April 3.

Gyoza Hamburger! It has ground pork meat, cabbage, garlic chive and ginger. For side, rice and broccoli with oyster sauce. : )
