Spoon

Dinner at Spoon on Dec. 30. I have been here several times before. I always enjoyed the meal. They changes the menu once or twice in a week. I had 5 course tasting menu today.
 
Bread

First plate : a piece of toast with cream and caviar

Second plate : (from left)Gorgonzola Bleu Cheese Souffle, Beets and horseradish, Salad - I liked this plate a lot. I think this is the most favorite of tonite.
 
Third plate : Beans and Quil Egg

Fourth plate : Scallop and buckwheat risotto 

Hanger Steak : potato rosti, spinach + forest mushroom saute, caramelized shallots, bone marrow butter, red wine reduction

Dessert 

Tonight Wine : Petite Sirah - I liked it. It was full body and good with meat.
