Thursday, August 18.

Lunch: Home Style Meatball from the Italian Bread Place - The meatball is so juicy and tasty. They will close on September 4th to relocate. The website doesn't say where the new location is, but hopefully its same place or somewhere close. I have to go back before Sep 4.

Dinner: Sausage & Mushrooms Pizza from Sir Pizza - Thin crust and square cutting. It's different but I like it!

Dinner: Chicken & Eggplant Parmesan, Pumpkin Salad, Bagel - As I got home-grown eggplant, I made eggplant parmesan. I am happy just eggplant, but someone needs protein. So I added chicken. Yum!

Dinner: Boiled Chicken Breast, Nappa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Celery Kimchi, Carrot - I don't know what I can call these dish. But they looks like side food serving at Korean restaurant.

Boiled Chicken - It was easy and I liked it.
1. Cut chicken breast for one bite size.
2. Put salt & pepper on the chicken.
3. Sprinkle corn starch.
4. Boil.
5. Serve with Ponzu Sauce and Gochujang

Dinner at Roasted: Chicken Lickin' - It is still soft opening. I could take a table without reservation at 6pm. The sandwich has meat roasted in-home and severed with au jus. It was pretty good. I had roasted potatoes on the side. The serves is slow but it's just opened. I would def go back to have more sandwiches.
