I woke up with headache in the morning. I decided no to go to Yoga and slept in. I was tired all day. I wanted to be active on my day off. Bummer.
Breakfast
Omelette and Rice: Yeah, remember? I am Japanese. Rice is my favorite carb.
Dinner
Bean Salad, Cheese Plate, Carrot & hummus, Chips with Dip, Bread: I made only bean salad. I was too tired to cook.
