Seriously, I have to go on a diet. So my plan is no carbs at night. I know I've done it before, but it is serious this time. I feel my body is heavy. I am going to visit Japan this summer. I have to lose some weight before that!
Lunch
Yakisoba: I was hungry for Yakisoba for a while. I used half of ramen noodle and add veggies and chicken. I tried to chew many times.
Dinner for J
Stir-fried Kimch and Chicken
Snack
Salami, Cheese, Kosher Dill, Olives: Even on diet, I drink. And Penguins played overtime! At least, I didn't eat the crackers.
