TGIF! Sashimi at Home

Friday, January 20
I had a off today. I was going to yoga in the morning but skipped and relaxed at home. I went out for lunch with Japanese friend. It's always nice to chat in my language.

Breakfast
Chicken Noodle Soup by Chef J:  As usual, he did a great job.

Lunch at Korea Garden
Soon Du Bu and Bulgogi: It's been a while! So delish as alway.

Dinner
Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, Shrimp & Avocado, Nappa Cabbage with Enoki Mushroom, Potato Salad, Spinach: My friend told me that I could buy fresh fish at Fish Company. I've lived in Pittsburgh over 5 years but I didn't know where to get fish for sashimi. I am so excited. I bought Salmon and Tuna today. It was good but I have to learn how to cut them for sashimi.
