I haven't weigh myself for a while because the battery for scale is dead. Anyway I didn't feel good all day. I was going straight to bed but I thought I needed to eat. I had one beer while I was cooking (lol I was ok enough to drink). I think cooking is kind a remedy for me. When dinner was served, I felt fine.
