Lose 4.6 lbs to the goal! -  I am growing ....

Dinner: Kuri-Gohan (Chestnut Rice), Grilled Salmon, Mushroom Soup, Salad - I found that we had a chestnut tree in the yard. I was so excited! I called my Japanese friend and she is coming over next week to collect chestnut. Yes, only Japanese are excited. We eat chestnut. Today I made Kuri (chestnut) gohan (rice). Now I have less homesick.

Thanksgiving Leftover Bento

Bento: Thanksgiving meal leftovers. I didn't post a blog yesterday, but I had turkey sandwich for lunch. I am getting sick of turkey now. I have 2 more same bento boxes.

Dinner at Vincent's: Small Regular Crust Pizza - Just ok. Nothing special. But this is perfect time to enjoy evening on outside deck.

Day after Thanksgiving Meal

Sunday, September 25.
Lose 7 lbs to the goal! - lol. I had Indian Buffet and had Thanksgiving meal for dinner yesterday. This is result. No questions.

Lunch: Turkey Salad - Typical meal for a day after Thanksgiving. Again, it is still September. 

Dinner: Ribeye Steak -  That's why I have to be on diet.

3 lbs to the goal!

Lunch at Taj Mahal: Lunch Buffet - It's been a while to have Indian Food. Taj Mahal seems pretty authentic and as a matter of fact, more than half of customers were not American. I ate too much!

Dinner: Thanksgiving Meal - These are not home made. They were frozen and all I needed is defrosting and baking in the oven. Why now? It was in freezer for a year. I wanted to get rid of them before real Thanksgiving coming. I am not sure if we are gonna have Turkey this year though.

Turkey, Stuffing, Green Beans, Sweet Potato - Actually it was better than I expected. I really liked stuffing made of corn bread! Is it Southern Style? I should ask my friend.

Monday, September 19.
Lose 3.2 lbs to the goal! -  I just thought why I am on diet? I sometimes eat and drink more than I should have. So it helps to keep eye on. Also I have one skirt I love and can't fit me anymore. That is the goal. I wanna wear it again.

Lunch: Burrito Bowl 

Dinner: Dolsot Bibimbap - I used what I had in the fridge, so it's not authentic. But at least, I had stone bowls, ha! I love gochujang.
