Okonomiyaki! I enjoyed it but still it's not as good as my mom's. Her's  is the best!

Thursday Dinner

Dinner on May 23. My beautiful day off dinner. I had decided what I wanted to eat a day before. So steak and shrimp were ready by evening. I love a day off on week day!

Dinner on Nov. 4

Sunday! It's only day I can relax in a week. I wanna have something good for dinner. But I can't stay at kitchen for a long, because it's Sunday! Football day. So we are gonna have appetizer for 1 and 2 quater, make main dish during half time and enjoy meal with the game. Oh, needless to say, Steelers game started 4:25pm. Anyway here is our dinner tonight.

 

Appetizer : Shrimp coctail and veggies

 

Sauvignon Blanc for Appetizer : Duckhorn - It was dry, I liked it.



 

Main dish : Breaded Deep Fried Renkon (Lotus Roots), Pork and Calamari

Dipping sauce (from right to left) : Shrimp coctail sauce(lol), Worcestershire sauce, Garlic soy sauce, Ponzu, Sweet Chile
