Vegetable Soup Diet, Day 5 ... I failed.

Diet, Day 5 on January 8.

Day 5: -1.2 lbs (Total -4.2 lbs)... Yes! I did Yoga last night.

Vegetable Soup, Turkey Breast, Chicken Breast with Salad, 2 Cups of Coffee, 1 Cup of tea and ... 2 glasses of wine (Damn! I failed!) and more... I think I am done dieting this time. But I will keep having healthy meal.

Vegetable Soup Diet, Day 4

Diet, Day 4 on January 7.

Day 4: -0 lbs ... What? Why? 

Vegetable Soup, 1 Cup of Coffee, 1 Cup of Cafe Latte with Skim Milk, 3 Cups of Tea, 2 Bananas

Turkey Melt for J: Sprinkle cheddar cheese on Thanksgiving leftover turkey with veggies from my vegetable soup, pesto potatoes on the side.

Day 3: -0.2 lbs ... why?? I am starving!

I just found that I went on diet last January. So I didn't learn from last year. I ate and drank too much. Let's see how much I can loose weight this year!

Vegetable Soup Diet, Day 7 - Last Day!

Diet Days on September 14.

Day 7 (Sep 14) - +2.7 lbs (Total -3 lbs) - Yes, I ate steak and drank alcohol.
Vegetable Soup, 1 Cup of Hot Apple Cider, 1 Cup of Coffee, Water, 1 Glass of Orange Juice, Beer , Wine and ...

VegHead Salad at New Amsterdam - Portobello Mushroom, Avocado, Cucumber, Edamame, Chick Peas, Carrot, Tomato, with Green Salad.

Just note ... I did weigh myself next morning. I lost 4.6 lbs in total. :)

Vegetable Soup Diet, Day 5

Diet Days on September 12.

I failed. But I made soup. I will keep going until I finish the soup.

Vegetable Soup - Fish Broth, Seaweeds, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Garlic Chive, Bean Sprout, Burdock, Shiitake Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom

Day 5 (Sep 12): +2.4 lbs (Total -3 lbs) - I want to yell at myself yesterday.
Vegetable Soup, 2 cups of coffee, Water, Hamburger, Onion Rings, Mushrooms, Tomato Salad, Beer and Wine

Vegetable Soup Diet, Day 4 - I failed!

Diet Days on September 11.

I failed. I had a day off today. First I ate snacks a bit. I told myself. That's it! No more! Just keep eating soup. Then J came home a case of Southern Tier. My Diet Plan was over. So here are what I had. But look, I did weigh myself in the morning and it was good.

Day 4 (Sep 11): -1.2 lbs (Total -5.4 lbs)
Soup and ... (Note: I was supposed to have only soup, 3 bananas and skim milk)

Chicken Fajitas, Corn Salsa, Guacamole

Shrimp Crackers - This crunchy snack ruined my diet.

I hate J! and I love Southern Tier!

Pork Buns - I really shouldn't have gone to Asian Market.

Vegetable Soup Diet, Day 1 - 2

Diet Days on September 8 and 9.

I ate and drank fore than I should have on Labor day weekend. I decide to go on a diet! My goal is to lose 10 pounds. I weigh myself every morning!

Vegetable Soup - Chicken Broth, Cabbage, Can of Tomatoes, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Red Pepper. Curry Powder.

Day 1 (Sep 8):
Vegetable Soup, 1 Apple, 2 Cups of Coffee, Water, Club Soda

Day 2 (Sep 9): -1.8 lbs
Vegetable Soup, Cabbage Salad with Ponzu Sauce, 2 Cups of Coffee, Water, Club Soda

Vegetable Soup Diet Day 5 - 7.

Day 5, January 6.
I was too excited to eat chicken and forgot to take a picture.

I was too excited to eat beef and forgot to take a picture.

Day 7, January 8.
Yay, it's a last day for this diet. Today all I had was soup and brown rice.
I weigh myself in the morning on January 9, I lost 8 pounds total! It was good. But I won't try again. I need to drink.

Vegetable Soup Diet Day 4.

Day 4, on January 5.

I got sick of the tomato soup, so I made miso soup. It tastes a lot better but I realized that miso soup has more calories than the vegetable soup. Also I had to eat tomato and peppers by themselves. I just keep telling myself that the soup is healthier than what I always eat.

Miso soup with cabbage, carrot, onion, burdock root and seaweed.

500ml skim milk and 2 bananas.

Day 3, on January 4.

I am hungry! I can have vegetables and fruits today.

Vegetable soup as much as I want (to be honest, I get sick of this soup), Salad with Ponzu for lunch, Grilled cabbage and carrots for dinner.

1 & 1/2 apples, 1/2 Pomegranate

Vegetable Soup Diet Day 2.

Day 2, on January 3

It's such a challenging day. Watch the Steelers game without beer an chips? That's torturing me. But eventually I had some drinks after the game. My best friend asked me to chat on skype. 

Vegetable Soup as much as I want, Cabbage & Carrot Sticks for snacks, Salad with Ponzu. (Any Veggies are fine except corn and beans). 2 glasses of wine, 1 beer.

Vegetable Soup Diet Day 1.

Diet on January 2.

I have eaten too much. I have drunk too much .... since Christmas... no, since Thanksgiving. I had to give up on some pairs of pants to wear. I think it's time for diet. After researching (I did just net surfing. lol.), I found the vegetable soup diet which I could lose 10 pounds in a week. During the diet, I can't drink beer at all. It's torturing me, but no choice. I can't afford to buy clothes.

This is the vegetable soup. Throw any vegetables (except potatoes, corn and beans) and can of tomatoes in the chicken broth. Cook. I added some salt and pepper.

Day 1, January 2. : Vegetable Soup as much as I want, Half of an a Apple and Half of a Pomegranate. (any fruits are fine except bananas).
