Diet Days on September 8 and 9.
I ate and drank fore than I should have on Labor day weekend. I decide to go on a diet! My goal is to lose 10 pounds. I weigh myself every morning!
Vegetable Soup - Chicken Broth, Cabbage, Can of Tomatoes, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Red Pepper. Curry Powder.
Day 1 (Sep 8):
Vegetable Soup, 1 Apple, 2 Cups of Coffee, Water, Club Soda
Day 2 (Sep 9): -1.8 lbs
Vegetable Soup, Cabbage Salad with Ponzu Sauce, 2 Cups of Coffee, Water, Club Soda
