Real Sea Chicken

Sunday, July 9
When I bought fish for sashimi on Friday, I also got a tuna jaw too. After scraping some meat from the jaw, I grilled it in the oven. Now I understand, why tuna is called, chicken of sea. The texture is very similar to chicken. It was good! I was lucky that they just starting cutting a whole tuna. Hopefully I can get it again.

Lunch
Tuna with Ginger Sauce: Should I call Sea Chicken now?

Dinner
Cheese, Turkey, Olive, Blueberry, Cracker
