TGIF! Sashimi at Home

I had a off today. I was going to yoga in the morning but skipped and relaxed at home. I went out for lunch with Japanese friend. It's always nice to chat in my language.

Breakfast

Chicken Noodle Soup by Chef J:  As usual, he did a great job.

Soon Du Bu and Bulgogi: It's been a while! So delish as alway.

Dinner

Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, Shrimp & Avocado, Nappa Cabbage with Enoki Mushroom, Potato Salad, Spinach: My friend told me that I could buy fresh fish at Fish Company. I've lived in Pittsburgh over 5 years but I didn't know where to get fish for sashimi. I am so excited. I bought Salmon and Tuna today. It was good but I have to learn how to cut them for sashimi.

Bibimbap

Dinner on November 29.

J ordered stone bowls for bibimbap. It was delivered when we just came back from the holiday getaway. We didn't have much stuff for bibimbap. So I used whatever I had in the fridge. On the side, we had seaweeds salad and shrimp. It looks pretty good, doesn't it?

It's been a while for Korea Garden! I ordered Soon Du Bu as usual, and it tasted good as always.

It has been a while to come to Korea garden. I love Soon Du Bu here. I really wanted to have BBQ but it's too big for lunch before work. Def. next time!

Dasonii

Dinner at Dasonii on July 6th.

It was so hot today. I always get hungry for spicy food in a hot day. My favorite Korean restaurant is Korea Garden but I was at Robinson twp, so I went to Dasonii. It's ok. But they have Sapporo Beer on Tap. Nice! I was very hungry, so I totally forgot to take pictures when the entree came. I ordered Char-Grilled Norway Mackerel for appetizer, Chicken Dolsot Bibimbap and Pan-fried Octopus. They sell Kimch to go, so I bought 32oz kimchi. yay. Even though it is not my most favorite Korean restauran, I was worry about this restaurant. It seemed very slow. It is Saturday night.... Good luck Dasonii.

Lunch at Korea Garden on Jan. 11. I got hungry for Soon Du Bu. I haven't had it for while. I didn't order it last time. It was good. I've already hungry for Soon Du Bu again!

Ooops, I updated dinner post before lunch. Anyway, I had lunch at Korea Garden. I had pancake as starter. It is always good. There are 2 pieces on the picture, but it comes with 4 pieces. I almost forgot to take pics. hahaha. For entre, most of the time, I have Soon Du Bu (Spicy Tofu and Vegetable Soup) but I tried something different, Jab Chae (Stirfried vegetable, beef and noodle). A bit oily but pretty good. The noodle looked like grass noodle but thicker and chewy.

The restaurant has parking lot but it is kinda inconvenient place. So I usually park on the street. It's pain in the butt to find the parking spot but it's still worth to go.
