Diet Days on September 11.
I failed. I had a day off today. First I ate snacks a bit. I told myself. That's it! No more! Just keep eating soup. Then J came home a case of Southern Tier. My Diet Plan was over. So here are what I had. But look, I did weigh myself in the morning and it was good.

Day 4 (Sep 11): -1.2 lbs (Total -5.4 lbs)

Shrimp Crackers - This crunchy snack ruined my diet.
I hate J! and I love Southern Tier!
Pork Buns - I really shouldn't have gone to Asian Market.
