Vegetable Soup Diet Day 4.

Day 4, on January 5.

I got sick of the tomato soup, so I made miso soup. It tastes a lot better but I realized that miso soup has more calories than the vegetable soup. Also I had to eat tomato and peppers by themselves. I just keep telling myself that the soup is healthier than what I always eat.

Miso soup with cabbage, carrot, onion, burdock root and seaweed.

500ml skim milk and 2 bananas.
