Lose 3.2 lbs to the goal! - I just thought why I am on diet? I sometimes eat and drink more than I should have. So it helps to keep eye on. Also I have one skirt I love and can't fit me anymore. That is the goal. I wanna wear it again.
Lunch: Burrito Bowl
Dinner: Dolsot Bibimbap - I used what I had in the fridge, so it's not authentic. But at least, I had stone bowls, ha! I love gochujang.
