Mapo-Tofu
Dinner on May 18.
I had to use garlic chive. I made gyoza last week. I had silken tofu, so I decided to make Mapo-Tofu. Yummy!
Mapo-Tofu, Pork & Daiko Radish Soup, Salad with Ponzu & Sesame Dressing.
