Hiyashi Chuka's Season Has Come!

I had lunch at home before going to work. Get all vegetables in the fridge together. Cut them thin and put them on the cold noodle. Yes, Hiyashi Chuka! I love it. I am glad to find a good recipe of the dressing for it. I am sure I will eat Hiyashi Chuka a lot this summer!

Lunch
Hiyashi Chuka: Cucumber, Carrot, Grape Tomatoes, Chipped Ham on cold noodle.
