I was off today. So I went to McConnells Mill State Park for hiking. Before hiking, I had lunch at Bella Frutteto to charge carb. lol. The Bella Frutteto is Italian restaurant but they didn't have pizza on their menu. They had variety of pasta instead. So I picked linguine with bolognese. I was happy with the pasta. Now this is the place to go for pasta!

Bruschetta: I am so mad at me. I went to store to buy ingredients just for bruschetta. I forgot to buy basil. arrrggg
Grilled Mackerel and Zucchini
Eggplant and Ground Pork: My mom used to make this meal. I am glad that J liked it.
