Sushi Kappou Mori

I went to a sushi restaurant my friend recommended. OMG. It was .... unbelievable. It's Edomae style which you don't need soy sauce. The fish already is marinated or cured. My friend says she comes here once in a month. I am so jealous. I started thinking to move back to Japan.
 
Hamo Sashimi

Saba (spanish mackerel) - awesome. I think people who don't like Aji might be able to eat this Aji. So fresh!

Tako (octopus)

Tsubu-Gai (sea snail)

Sayori (halfbeak)

White fish ... tai? hirame? I just remember it was so good.

Ika (squid) - so sweet!

Ebi (prawn)

Ebi no Atama (prawn head) - it's so crunchy!


Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) - it's first time for me to eat kinmedai sushi. I loved it. It's chewy, fat and flavorful. I ordered it again.

Awabi (abalone)
 
 Tamago (egg omlet) - It's said that a good sushi restaurant has good tamago. I don't order tamago much but I enjoyed tamago here.
