Tori Syoga-Yaki - Gignger Chicken

Dinner on April 8.
Usually, we use thin sliced pork for this recipe but of course I have no ideas where I can get. So I cut chicken as thin as I could. For side, cooked nappa cabbage & mushreoom, onion & seaweed miso-soup and rice.
