Japanese Eggplant, Green Pepper and Renkon Lotus Roots with Miso-Sauce

Dinner on August 13.

My mom used make this meal a lot when I was a kid. I told this to my fiend, her mom also made this too. I guess it is one of Japanese comfort food.
