+7 lbs to the goal! - I knew it. I felt that my body was heavy when I woke up this morning.
Breakfast: Vegetable Soup - Nappa Cabbage, Daiko Radish, Carrot, Kabocha Pumpkin, Green Onion, Wakame Seaweed, Tofu with Fish Broth.
Lunch: Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
