Lose 3.8 lbs to the goal! - Ok, I had a bag of chips yesterday...

Breakfast: Salami, Cheese, Salad on the Tortilla.

Dinner: Shoga Yaki (Pork with Ginger), Salad, Broccoli & Carrot, Rice
