Another beautiful day. Hopefully we have nice weather like today rest of this week.

Ginger Chicken, Green Beans, Egg, Rice
Dinner
Chicken and Fried Egg, Stir-fried Veggies: This is one of my dad's favorite, Tonpei, thin sliced pork and fried egg on the top. I used chicken but it was good. I think this is the first time to make this. I am glad that J liked it too.
