Fukuda

Dinner at Fukuda on June 21.
When I wanna have sushi in Pittsburgh, Kiku is the only restaurant I could enjoy. But finally, I tried a new place, Fukuda. It's opened in 2012. (Why did I wait to try that long??) I took a sushi bar seat. The sushi chef, TJ learned Japanese food in Japan. To be honest, I didn't expect much... nice surprise! It was not bad. I mean it was good. Well, maybe Syochu (Japanese alcohol) I brought helped, but I enjoyed a lot. 

Sashimi (Kanpachi, Hirame and Aji tataki) - It was good, but Aji tasted a bit fishy.
