Pork Loin with Nira Sauce

Dinner on June 13.
I made Nira (garlic chive) Sauce a few days ago and it seemed ready to eat. So I had it on the pork loin. 

Appetizer: Japanese cucumber and grilled chicken with peanuts sauce

Pork Loin with Nira sauce, Kimpira (root vegetable), Daikon Radish salad
