Beef Kimchi

Monday, April 24
I had an evening shift today. I usually go back to bed after making J's bento but I was awake and felt good. So I finished dishes early and went to the North park. It was such a nice way to start the new week.

Beef Kimchi and Garlic Chive Rice: The beef was for stew. So I stir-fried it with core of pineapple. I've heard that enzyme in pineapple helps to tenderize meat. I think it worked pretty good.
