Japanese tapas for drinks

Dinner on November 17.
Wow, I cooked all 3 meals today! I must have been so hungry. lol.
So I deserve good drink for dinner. I made something goes good with Shochu (Japanese alcohol). Drink is always good after hard work.

Spinach Omelet with Enoki mushroom sauce 
 
Spanish Mackerel and Tofu
