Saba Miso-Ni

Dinner on February 19.
Very Japanese. Cooked Saba(Spanish Mackerel) with Miso, Cooked root vegetable, stir-fry broccoli. I really liked the Saba. I always cook it with defferent recipe. To remember, here's recipe.
 

Ingredients;
Saba, water 100cc (1/2cup), Miso 2 tbsp., sugar 2 tbsp., sake 50 cc (1/4cup), Soy Sauce 1 tbsp., 1 slice of ginger

Directions;
1. Have the fish in the colander and pour boiled water on it.
2. Put *ingredients in the pot on the stove.
3. Cook for 15 minutes.
