Chirashi Zushi
Dinner on March 24.
Healthy? I am not sure but it's almost non oil meal. Chirasu Zushi (Vinegar flavored rice with vegetables), Asparagus(I used a bit mayo! oops), Cauliflower, Dashi Maki(Japanese Style Egg omelet), Miso Soup
