Daikon Sunomono (Daikon Mini Salad)
1. Cut Daiokon Radish into thin strips
2. Sprincle salt a bit and leave for 10 mins
3. As Daikon get soft and waterly, wring the water out of Daikon
4. Add Sesami seeds and Sushi vineger
