Salt Chicken

Dinner on May 9.
I was hungry for deep fried food. I found potato croquette in the freezer. Just in case, I defrosted chicken too. I was right. The croquette tasted ok but it was mess. I pan-fried chicken. As the chicken was thigh part, it was juicy and flavorful.

Zucchini Salad - I didn't know that we can eat zucchini without cooking. It was good.

Onigiri : Rice Ball - wasabi and yukari (shiso herb) 

Green Beans and Carrot Sticks with Ranch
