Tori-Mizudaki Nabe

Dinner on May 13.
You gotta be kidding me! I heard it snowed north of Pittsburgh. It's middle of May, isn't it? But you know what? It's not that bad for me. I was hungry for Nabe (Japanese hot pot) and it was perfect to have it in such a cold day. I enjoyed the meal, but hopefully it is the last chance to have nabe in this season.
 
Nabe Ingredients : Chicken Thigh, Spinachi, Enoki Mashroom, Garlic Chive, Daikon Radish, Tofu, Nappa Cabbage, Bean Sprout, Shitake Mashroom
