Renkon Gohan


1. Rinse 2 cups(160cc x 2cups) of rice
2. Cut some water Lotus Root
3. Put #1 and #2 in the pot
4. Add Dashi powder, 50cc soy sauce and 350cc water
5. Make it boiled. Put the lid and cook for 12 mins in low heat. You do NOT open the lid.
6. Turn off the heat and wait for 10 mins. You do NOT open the lid yet.
7. Done
