Yakiniku for dinner on Dec. 9. Hooray, Yakiniku. It is Japanese style BBQ. Literally, Yakiniku means Grilled meat, Yaki(grill) and Niku(meat). At home, you cook at table. You can cook and eat at same time.
Meat : (from left to right) Pork, Beef, Sausage - We prepare meat as one bite size. You can grill as you like.
Vegetable : (clockwise) Onion, Green Pepper, Lotus root, Baby Bella Mushroom - Lotus root is irregular one for Yakiniku. It was good though.
Yakiniku Sauce : Soooo Delicious. I asked my mom to send it from Japan. I am not sure if I can get here.
Bon Appetit! : Yes! Itadakima-su!
