Shochu Night

Dinner on October 14.
As I felt like thirsty for Shochu (Japanese alcoholic beverage), I cooked Japanese food to go good with the shochu.
   

Saba Miso-Ni (cooked Spanish mackerel with miso sauce)

Dashimaki (Japanese omlet)

Rice balls
 
Edamame and Carrot salad
