Lose 3.4 lbs to the goal! - I didn't post about the wight yesterday, but it was 1.4 lbs to the goal. Even though I had Tonkatsu for dinner the day before, it's still going good. I had dinner early and went for a walk and Yoga. Anyway I gained 2 lbs. I know it's because I ate Pad Thai before going to bed.
