Lose 3.6 lbs to the goal! - Wow, I did great job after the weekend. I had just peanuts butter sandwich and an apple for lunch to prepare for Tacos night!
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin, Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli - I had gluten free beer and it doesn't taste good at all. So I used it for cooking. Let the beer boil in the pressure pot and add pork, sliced onion and garlic. Put the lid on and cook for 7 mins.
